Our intimate "U" Gym is an adults-only health club. We are committed to providing a comfortable workout environment for you, without the crowds and stress of the "big box" gyms and recreation centers. Our facility is set in a beautiful, private setting behind our LoBBY and opens out on to our gardens.
We have state of the art cardio free weights. You'll find plenty to keep you busy without having to wait.
